Here is a behind-the-scenes look at some chair dollies we built for a customer. The first couple pictures didn't turn out so well, so we left them out. As always, click the thumbnails for bigger pictures.

Take note of the two vertical frames on each side. Those were individually built first. In this picture, the two vertical frames are being joined together by the axle and two horizontal support tubes.

Now look at some of the completed frames. Note the handles in the background waiting to be attached.

Here is a handle clamped and ready to be welded.

Ready for the paint booth, standing in a single-file line.

Painted, final assembly complete, and ready for the customer. Now for the next batch...
